Kids Helpline has been around for a long time. Long enough to have a reputation for being the best place to talk to someone when you need help. If you’re having problems at home, feeling stressed, or maybe you’re having relationship troubles, then try calling Kids Helpline.

Kids Helpline is free, private, confidential and it’s for people aged five to 25 years.

Trained counsellors are available 24 hours a day to help you with practical advice or just lend an ear. You can phone, email or chat online at the site.
